THEFT FROM AUTO
11/4/15 at 0601 hours – 200 block of Keller Road in Berwyn. The victim reported that a laptop, valued at $800.00 was stolen from their vehicle overnight. The case is under investigation.

ASSAULT
11/4/15 at 2325 hours – Marriott Courtyard in Wayne. Blaine Foreman, 45, of Willingboro, NJ was charged with Simple Assault with Bodily Injury; Harassment and Criminal Mischief after he was involved in a domestic dispute.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
11/5/15 at 1050 hours – Wilson Farm Park. Township Public Works discovered damage to the mirror and trash can in the men’s restroom. Extra patrol is being conducted in the park.
SHOPLIFTING
11/5/15 at 1138 hours – Acme store in Paoli. Store management called police when they observed a subject matching the description of a retail theft suspect who stole crabmeat from two other Acme stores earlier in the day, including the Strafford location. Police charged Bryan Gray, 31, of New Castle, DE with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after he was identified as the actor in a theft at the Strafford Acme.
SHOPLIFTING
11/6/15 at 1226 hours – Acme store in Paoli. Store management reported a male stashed $70.00 worth of Tide detergent in his personal bag and fled the store. The case is under investigation.
POSSESSION
11/6/15 at 1800 hours – Rite Aid store in Strafford. Police charged Thomas Betz, 30, of Newtown Square, PA with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana after they detected the odor of marijuana on his person.
THEFT
11/11/15 at 1525 hours – Westlakes Drive in Berwyn. The theft of cash and blank checks was discovered by the office manager. It was reported that an actor attempted to cash one of the checks. The case is under investigation.
POSSESSION
11/12/15 at 0233 hours – Route 202. During a traffic stop, Christina Campbell, 22, of Collegeville, PA was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
11/13/15 at 0111 hours – Route 202. During a traffic stop, Milton Faison, 22, of King of Prussia, PA was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
FRAUD
11/15/15 at 0520 hours – McMull Drive in Wayne. The victim reported they were scammed by an individual posing as a seller of a vehicle. The victim sent $3000 payment for the vehicle via an eBay account. The case is under investigation.
**Police remind residents to beware of purchasing vehicles online, especially out of state. It is best to personally see the vehicle and check for any mechanical issues before purchasing.
VEHICLE THEFT
11/15/15 at 0951 hours – King of Prussia Road in Wayne. The victim reported their unlocked Porsche Boxster was stolen from their driveway. The keys had been left in the vehicle.
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS FROM PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.
Barbara Dowling, 24, of West Chester, PA - Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was .169%
Kevin Fastuca, 24, of Wayne, PA – BAC was .265% and Marijuana was detected in his system.
Damon Thomas, 37, of Norristown, PA – BAC was .287%
