Woman Shot Overnight In Tredyffrin Township: Authorities
Residents in the area with video surveillance from around the time of the shooting are asked to call police.
TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Law enforcement is investigating the shooting of a woman overnight in Tredyffrin Township, according to authorities.
The shooting occurred around 10:45 p.m. Saturday in the area of Contention Lane and Old State Road, authorities said. The victim was found in her car’s front seat, according to WPVI.
“The Tredyffrin Township Police Department and the Chester County Detectives continue to actively investigate the incident,” the Chester County District Attorney’s Office said Sunday morning in a social media post. “At this time, there are no additional details to report, but we will provide updates to the public as more information becomes available.”
