Youth Club To Solicit In Tredyffrin Saturday, Sunday

Don't be alarmed if you get a knock on your door this weekend, police said.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police want residents in the township to know that a youth club will be soliciting in the township this weekend.

According to police, the PA Youth Club of America notified the police they will have representatives soliciting in the township this weekend.

Police said representatives will be out between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 and Sunday, Oct. 8.

PA Youth Club of America's representatives are usually 16 years old or younger.

They typically carry an ID card identifying themselves as representatives of the organization.

As the club is a charitable organization, they do not require solicitation permits, however they must abide by the township's solicitation rules. You can see those rules online here.
