• This 65-Mile Pennsylvania Trail Just Took the Top Honor (mychesco.com) — Pine Creek Rail Trail, running into Tioga County and Wellsboro, has been named Pennsylvania's 2026 Trail of the Year, bringing new attention and tourism dollars to the area. A recent extension now links the trail directly to downtown Wellsboro, with millions in state funding backing new amenities and better access that Tioga-area residents and visitors can enjoy.
