A.C. Moore Aims for Record With Cards-to-Troops Event
All locations will have a card making event from 3-6pm.
What better way to celebrate July 4th than to set a world record and get free stuff?
A.C. Moore will attempt to set a world record for the "World's largest card-making event" 3-6 pm Wednesday, June 29 at all retail locations. The cards will be sent overseas for the Fourth of July to troops and their families abroad.
Other features during the event will include giveaways and a 10-percent discount for patriotically dressed patrons.

According to the press release, in support and celebration of military families and the United States’ 235th birthday, A.C. Moore will open all 135 stores and will provide all the supplies necessary to make original cards that express gratitude to our troops, creating one of the largest simultaneous celebrations in the country.
A local is located in the Willow Grove Shopping Center at 110 Park Avenue.
