Upper Dublin finally suffered their first loss of the season, as the Cardinals lost at home 2-0 to Plymouth-Whitemarsh. PW’s Michael Banerjee was the hero of the game as his offensive efforts forced not one but two penalty kicks. Banerjee connected on kicks in both the 47th and 76th minutes of the second half.
Cardinal goaltender Parker Schroeder had two saves while Plymouth-Whitemarsh’s Tyler Haney made all four of his saves to record a shutout. The loss puts Upper Dublin at 2-1-1 and their American Conference rivals PW at 2-1.

The Lady Cardinals still have a perfect season intact as they shutout Plymouth-Whitemarsh 1-0 Tuesday afternoon on Sparks Field. The lone goal was scored by Stephanie Speese.
Marie Wheatley tallied a point via assist off a corner at 18:09 in the first half. Upper Dublin’s backstop Dana Russell made 10 saves in order to lead the Cardinals to a 4-0 record. The ladies have another home game Thursday against Norristown.
