Mike Orzechowski, a physical therapist at Dresher Physical Therapy, in conjunction with the Burning for Learning 5K, is conducting a free running seminar for runners seeking to improve their technique and to also give guidance to new runners who are unsure how to start. A training guideline will be available for those wanting to train to run their first 5K. The seminar will be held on Sunday, Feb.19th, 3pm at Dresher Physical Therapy, 1075 Virginia Dr., Suite 200, Fort Washington, PA 19034.

He has coached cross country and track at the high school level and has competed in 4 marathons in the past 4 years. He is passionate about the sport of running and is creating a running program at Dresher Physical Therapy to help treat and prevent running injuries.
