"Art for the Ages", the theme of the 2012 National Assisted Living Week, begins Monday, September 10. Brandywine Sr. Living at Dresher Estates will be celebrating with our residents, families and staff throughout the week. Two community events will be held. The first on Thursday, Sept. 13 from 7:00-9:00PM, "The Art of Antiques and Heirlooms" featuring Gerry Schultz and Barbara Caplen of the Antique Gallery in Chestnut Hill, who will give a history of your heirloom and an appraisal. (3 treasures per person) An RSVP by Monday, September to 215-591-4000 is a must because of limited seating.
On Saturday, September 15th we will celebrate "The Art of Fun" with a carnival to include great food, music, face painting, a balloon artist, Alex's Lemonade Stand,carnival games and more. All are welcome from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM.
