On Saturday June 25, from 10 a.m. to noon, the Wissahickon Valley chapter of Relay For Life will host a new event for the area in an effort to raise awareness and funds for the fight against cancer. The new event, called Bark For Life, is a one-mile dog walk that will take place at Fort Washington State Park. Money raised during the dog walk will benefit the American Cancer Society and will be added to the money raised in similar events.
