Former Pastor Rick Rogers Pleads Guilty to Indecent Exposure, Say Prosecutors

Rick Rogers, a former pastor at in Dresher, pled guilty to two counts of indecent exposure Thursday, according to Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman. Both are misdemeanor convictions.

Rogers was scheduled for a pre-trial conference Thursday at the county courthouse in Norristown, before Judge William J. Furber Jr. Cauffman said Rogers was sentenced to fines and probation.

"[Rogers] received four years of total probation, a $500 fine, and he is to be supervised by the sex offender unit of adult probation," Cauffman told Patch.

Rogers was following allegations that he exposed himself to two women while working inside the church.

The women, employees of the , which rents space inside the church, said that the separate incidents occurred in February and May 2011, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

Rogers originally by virtue of waiving his right to a formal arraignment in November.
