GA Sports: Girls' Volleyball Sweeps Shipley, George School
Squad remains undefeated in league play.

The Patriots improved to 4-0 in league play and 4-1 overall by going on the road on Thursday and sweeping Shipley, 3-0: 25-21, 26-24, 25-21. Shannon Robins '14 kept the offense moving as she racked up 35 assists. GA received some great serving from Tyler Wellington '12 (eight aces), Kelly Stack '12 (six aces) and Liz Boetefuer '12 (three aces).
On Tuesday, the Patriots visited George School and came home with an impressive 3-0 victory. GA won 25-15, 25-16, 26-17. The Patriots received great setting from Shannon Robins '14 (37 assists) and serving from Kate Horvat '14 (three aces). Natalie Cunningham '12 and Liz Boetefuer '12 (12 digs) provided GA with strong defense. Katie '13 Tanner led the offense with six kills.
