Gas Files 8/30: Prices Rise after Irene

Upper Dublin's stations have seen a slight increase in the past week.

Gas prices increased slightly in Upper Dublin this week, reaching an average of $3.69 for a gallon of regular, three cents higher than 's average of $3.70.

The Dresher Sunoco is this week's cheapest station, selling for $3.59 for a gallon of unleaded, six cents higher than last week's lowest. The Sunoco is followed closely by its Dresher competition, as charges $3.61 and Exxon $3.65.

The Fort Washington Lukoil remains the most expensive, at $3.81, 20 cents higher than the Dresher Sunoco.

Upper Dublin's $3.69 average sits eight cents higher than the national average of $3.61, and 11 cents higher than the Pennsylvania average of $3.58.
