Jennie T. "Jean" Donato, 90 of Ambler

Jennie T. "Jean" Donato, 90 of Ambler, died Thursday at her daughter's home in Oreland.

Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Frances (nee Maniscalco) Sutera. Mrs. Donato was preceded in death by her husband Nicholas J. Donato in 2003.

Jean was a Homemaker, and a member of St. Joseph's Church in Ambler and St. Alphonsus Seniors in Maple Glen. Jean immensely enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing. Her life was centered around her family, and she was happiest spending time with them.

She is the devoted mother of Anthony N. (Amelia) Donato of Glen Mills, PA, Michael J. (Anne) Donato of North Wales, PA, Nicholas R. (Judy) Donato of North Wales, PA and Maria F. (Keith) Gavin of Oreland, PA. She was the loving Grandmother of 6, Great Grandmother of 3 and sister of Frances DeFusco of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Rose Mazza of King Of Prussia, PA and the late Angela Orler and Charles "Sunny" Sutera

Relatives and Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Monday 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Ambler with the Rev. Eugene Tully, Pastor as Celebrant. Interment will be in St. Matthews Cemetery, Conshohocken.
