Sports Wrap for Sept. 21: Volleyball Falls for First Time
Golf improves to 10-1, while Germantown Academy field hockey keeps rolling.

Hatboro-Horsham was able to solve Upper Dublin Tuesday night, as the Cardinals lost in straight sets. This was the first loss of the season for head coach Meg Goettner’s team, which puts the girls at 5-1 overall and 4-1 in SOL American Conference play. They’ll play Upper Merion at home Thursday.

Golf
Upper Dublin moves to 10-1 overall after defeating Upper Moreland yesterday, 195–239. Andrew Carber, Tom O’Brian, Jake Kieserman, Harry Sykes and Debbie Park were the qualifying scorers for Upper Dublin. Carber is currently ranked 11th on the Suburban One League’s ranking system.
