Timoney Knox, LLP Welcomes New Associate

Fort Washington-based law firm Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Andrea Procton as an associate attorney in the Insurance Industry Group, where she focuses on commercial and insurance litigation.

Experienced in coverage analysis, she routinely handles coverage disputes and analyses including homeowners, commercial property, general liability, builders’ risk, construction defect, motor vehicle and errors/omissions. She also handles extra-contractual and bad faith cases, matters involving insurance agent/broker conduct, as well as the investigation of potential insurance fraud.

Procton, of Philadelphia, is a graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She was an Executive Articles and Symposium Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Journal. She was also President of the Jewish Law Student Association and Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to joining Timoney Knox, LLP, she served as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mellon in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. She also served as a certified legal intern for the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia, and as an intern at the Senior Law Center in Philadelphia.

She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar associations and is a member of the Junior League of Philadelphia.
