The Upper Dublin girls lacrosse team fell to the Vero Beach Indians on Wednesday night by a score of 13-7, handing the Flying Cardinals their first loss of the spring season.
Despite a three-goal effort from Brooke Callahan, the team was unable to pull off a victory against a Vero Beach squad which ranks #11 nationally, according to ESPN's Powerade Fab 50 poll.
Julie Cross, Taylor D'Ginto and Kelly Cross scored one goal each, with Kelly Cross tossing in an additional four assists.
