A woman who fell asleep behind the wheel has been charged with a DUI, according to an Upper Dublin police department report.
Kendall Brown fell asleep behind the wheel in front of her house on Douglass Street, the report states.
Police found her there at 4:25 a.m., showing signs of intoxication, according to the report.
