Our 4th Annual Movies-in-the-Park starts off with "Captain America: The First Avenger" starring Chris Evans, Stanley Tucci, Tommy Lee Jones this movie is rated PG-13 and is said to be the best superhero movie ever!
The movie: A brave, yet mild-mannered young soldier, Steve Rogers, volunteers to undergo a series of experiments for a US Army Super Soldier program. The military succeeds in transforming him into a human weapon, but quickly decides that their Super Soldier is far too expensive a creation to risk in combat. They want to use him as an Army celebrity but when a Nazi plot reveals itself, Rogers must rise up and become the First Avenger in order to save his country.
The activities: There are activities for children starting at 7pm. Over the past years, that has included face painting, water balloon games and this year we will include sack races, tug of war and even more fun things for your children to enjoy!

The food: Food is sponsored through a fundraiser by a fire company or our youth organizations. Fare usually includes hot dogs, popcorn and soda.
