Upper Macungie kicks off its 4th season of Movies-in-the-Park with a free showing of Captain America: The First Avenger Friday at Lone Lane Park.
The movie will begin at sunset, but before the showing, the township has games, music, a puppet show and food planned.

Members of Orefield Middle School Band will play God Bless America and two other patriotic songs

One of the township fire companies or a youth organization will sponsor food, through a fund-raiser. Food usually includes hot dogs, popcorn and soda, according to the township website.
The rain date is Saturday.
