State police operation lasts for an hour Wednesday morning.
For an hour Wednesday morning, state police used aerial reconnaissance on eastbound Interstate 78 near the Route 100 exit in Upper Macungie Township.
The result? Troopers issued 10 citations and four warnings, a state police fax said.
The operation lasted from 10am to 11 am. It was part of a program known as SPARE -- state police aerial reconnaissance and enforcement.
