Justin Sheftel Softball Tournament a Huge Success With the Help of Sponsor Allentown Applebee's

The Allentown Applebee's proudly sponsored the 9th Annual Justin Sheftel Memorial Fund Softball Tournament at Parkland High School on June 22nd.  An incredible $35,000 was raised for the Jewish Community Center, Cystic Fibrosis, Miracle League, Parkland's Foundation, Cancer Support Community and Allentown School District's middle school baseball program called The Drive. 

The tournament honors Justin Sheftel who was killed by a drunk driver in 2005 shortly after his high school graduation.  

Steve Neikam and Richelle McWilliams were the two top winners of the Home Run Derby portion of the event, sponsored by Applebee's, and went home with $100 Applebee's gift cards. The Applebee's mascot was in attendance and gave away free appetizer and kids meal coupons during the event. Participants also enjoyed delicious food, a photo booth, tie dying t-shirts, a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle.
