Mack Is Among This Week's Shelter Animals In Need

An array of cats with no names also need homes.

Each week, Upper Macungie Patch features animals in need of adoption from local animal welfare groups.

This week we feature a number of cats as well as a dog urgently in need of homes.  Won’t you consider adding one of these lovable pets to your family?

A variety of over 20 beautiful cats, ranging in age and color, are in dire need of homes. Found roaming around a mobile home park, most are friendly but need to be altered and moved to safer locations. They are currently being fed, but a neighbor has recently threatened one’s safety. If you can help these felines, contact Trinka from the Cat Shack at catnut@yahoo.com.

MACK

A beautiful Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix, Mack is between 10 and 11 months old, very lovable and very good with children.  Rescued from a farm and the last of his litter, the farm owner was planning to shoot him when another litter was born.  Sadly, he was mistreated at the farm so patience is needed. But, he warms up quickly and loves to play. He is up-to-date with vaccines, neutered and housetrained.  There is no doubt he will make a great pet!  Mack is available through Forgotten Felines and Fidos. Contact Therese at 610-248-7399 for more information.
