Making Upper Macungie a warehouse district has certainly contributed toward reversing the trend of desirable residential suburbs. It would be a more appropriate place for families to live if there was not so much truck traffic. It may help to maintain property value if trucks were not allowed to drive in the area during certain hours of the day.
