News Crews Stake Out Home of NSA Leaker's Dad

Reporters sit in cars and vans outside the Upper Macungie home of NSA leaker Edward Snowden's father, waiting for a possible statement from the family.

News crews staked out the home of NSA leaker Edward Snowden's father Tuesday in anticipation of a possible statement from his family.

The family had not issued a statement as of late Tuesday afternoon. However, Snowden's father, Lonnie, had told ABC news on Sunday that he was concerned for his 29-year-old son, after Edward Snowden had identified himself as the one who leaked news of the National Security Agency's vast surveillance programs.

The father had told ABC News that he last saw his son months ago when they had dinner.
