The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has scheduled work in the South Whitehall and Upper Macungie areas:

Upper Macungie

• Road: Interstate 78 between Route 100 and Route 22
• Type of Work: Sweeping
• Date: Monday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane restriction. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through work areas.
• Rain will cause delays.

South Whitehall

• Road: Interchange of route 22 and 309
• Type of Work: Crack sealing
• Date: Thursday, Dec. 13, and Friday, Dec. 14, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane and ramp restrictions. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through work areas and to expect delays.
• Rain will cause delays.

South Whitehall/Hanover/Whitehall

• Road: Route 22 west between Airport Road and Route 309
• Type of Work: Shoulder work/widening
• Date: Monday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane restriction. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through work areas and to expect delays.
• Rain will cause delays.

• Road: Route 22 west between Airport Road and Route 309
• Type of Work: Shoulder work/widening
• Date: Wednesday, Dec. 12, and Thursday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane restriction with flagging. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through work areas and to expect delays.
• Rain will cause delays.
