PennDOT to Patch Potholes on I-78

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plans the following road work in the Parkland area this week.

Upper Macungie/Weisenberg

• Road: Interstate 78 between Route 100 and Route 863
• Type of Work: Pothole patching
• Date: Monday-Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane restriction. Expect delays. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the work area.
• Rain will cause delays.

South Whitehall

• Road: Orefield Road between Cedar Crest Boulevard and Mauch Chunk Road
• Type of Work: Pothole patching
• Date: Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Restriction: Lane restriction with flagging. Expect delays. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the work area.
• Rain will cause delays.
