Run for Fun in Upper Macungie on Sunday
Upper Macungie Recreation Board holds a 5K fun run sunday, Oct. 9 in Lone Lane Park.
is sponsoring a on Oct. 9.
The event will start at , continue to and finish at Lone Lane, said Richard Kiser, chairman of the nine-member board, which met Sept. 29 at the township building.
The township is looking for volunteers to help with the event, as many as 25 people to assist the runners and officiate the race. More than 50 runners or walkers are expected to compete in the relatively short event.
