This Week's Shelter Animals in Need

Bella and Kole need loving, permanent homes

Each week Upper Macungie Patch features a dog and a cat in need of permanent homes.  Available through local animal welfare groups, these pets often have difficult starts to life and deserve a second chance.  If you are looking to add a cuddly creature to your life, please consider adopting!

BELLA

Bella is believed to be approximately two years old and is a boxer/mastiff mix.  This beauty has a shiny dark coat with just a touch of white. And boy does she love to play! As a result, Bella needs a home with a fenced-in yard and lots of room to run.

Crate trained and housebroken, she will need some formal training due to her strength. A home with small children may not be the best match for Bella, as she likes to jump.  Up to date on shot and spayed, Bella is just waiting to find her forever home.

Available through www.thesanctuarypa.org or by calling Brittney at 610-533-4141.

KOLE

A five-month old grey-and-white kitty with short hair, Kole was brought to the shelter just to be neutered as a feral, but turned out to be too sweet to be put back outside. He loves to be hugged and kissed and makes a great lap cat, too.  While Kole needs to be an only cat, he likes dogs. He is up to date on shots and Leukemia negative. This young man is sure to make a great companion.
