When is the Next Presidential Debate?

Nearly 66 million people tuned in on Oct. 16 to watch the second presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney. The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy.
