Accused 'Elaborate' Montgomery County Scam Artist Finally Arrested...Sitting In A Courtroom: Report

An allegedly elaborate scam artist from Lansdale has been arrested when she was found in court for her daughter’s hearing on a separate case, according to an Intelligencer report.

Danna Ntaka, 49, rented out a Green Street home that she herself was renting, the report states.

She posed as a doctor named Danna McKellar-Ntaka, moved all her belongings out, collected rent money from the people living there, according to the report.

She was only found out when the residents smelled gas in the apartment and called 911, the report states.

Police contacted Ntaka but she refused to turn herself her, and officials have described her as a “high flight risk,” according to the report.
