On April 26, The Friends of the Upper Moreland Free Library, had its Beads and Books sale at the library. Many of you must have attended because the Friends are happy to report that they earned about $500 toward services at the library.
This year was the 2nd annual event and it will certainly continue due to its popularity.
All sale items were donated including:
- Stamp Collecting Catalogs, which sold out almost immediately
- 2012-2013 year magazines
- 2012 World Book Encyclopedia
- and of course, lots of lovely jewelry pieces.
