Closures Planned on Welsh and Davisville Roads for Repairs

One lane will be closed on Welsh Road from County Line to Moreland roads. Davisville Road will be closed during the day for repairs.

Closures are planned for repairs to Welsh Road and Davisville Road, PennDOT announced.

On Thursday and Friday, Sept. 11 and 12, one lane will be closed in each direction on Welsh Road between County Line Road and Moreland Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for milling and paving.

Then on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 15 and 16, Davisville Road will be closed and detoured between Terwood and Byberry roads in Upper Moreland Township from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for milling and paving.

Davisville Road through traffic will be detoured over Terwood Road, Route 263 (York Road) and Byberry Road.

The work will be completed by PennDOT Montgomery County maintenance employees.
