Delco Man Was Going 113 MPH Before Fatal DUI Crash: Report
The driver is charged in the death of his friend the day after Christmas.
A Delaware County man was driving up to 113 miles per hour just before the crash that killed his friend the day after last Christmas, according to a Delaware County Times Report.
John J. McGough, 46, of Springfield, was allegedly under the influence when he was driving on December 26, 2014, the report states.
The accident killed the passenger, his friend Edward M. Banes, 51, a father of five, also of Springfield, according to the report.
