DUI Patrols Scheduled For Labor Day Weekend In Upper Moreland: Police

UPPER MORELAND, PA — Local police and the Eastern Montgomery County DUI Task Force will be on the lookout for impaired drivers on Labor Day weekend.

The Upper Moreland Police Department said officers and Task Force members will "be conducting roving patrols" from Sept. 2-4.

"The purpose of these roving patrols is to detect and remove impaired drivers from the roadways of Upper Moreland Township," police said. "The detail is fully funded through a grant from PennDOT. The Upper Moreland Police Department encourages you to celebrate responsibility and designate a sober driver."
