Upper Moreland has developed a "Wee" series, of 45- to 60-minute programs developed for high-energy, learning-hungry preschool children. Wee programs have plenty of activity, and an emphasis on fun and interaction with other children.
Cartoon Drawing (Young Rembrandts) Session II will be held on Mondays Nov. 7 through Dec. 5, from 2:45 to 4 p.m., in Upper Moreland Middle School Room 810, for kids in sixth through eighth grade. Doodling is encouraged in this class, which teaches the fundamental skills of visual arts. Curriculum is designed to teach basic to advanced drawing skills, art techniques and vocabulary.
Minimum of 5 participants per class; maximum of 10. Register for more than one "Wee" class, and receive a $4 discount per class (must be same child or same family).
