Five Star Painting of Willow Grove Brightens Up Ronald McDonald House with Interior Painting Donation
The full-service residential and commercial painting company was a proud participant in "We Care Week."
Willow Grove, PA…Sometimes, just having a welcoming place to end your day can mean a lot for a family faced with the serious illness of a child. Recognizing this, Five Star Painting of Willow Grove has just completed a charitable donation of painting a family suite at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House located on Erie Avenue.
The full-service residential and commercial painting company was a proud participant in “We Care Week” (November 1-7), an initiative organized by parent company The Dwyer Group, which focuses on supporting the facilities needs of Ronald McDonald Houses nationwide.

According to Robert Ferguson, owner of Five Star Painting of Willow Grove, the positive vibe that went along with devoting himself and his crew’s time to the interior painting project was powerful. “It was my first experience with the Ronald McDonald House, a nonprofit which supports families of seriously ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope. What they do for these families is truly amazing. I am eager to help out again,” he said.
Ferguson, a resident of Willow Grove, became a Five Star Painting franchise owner in September, following a career as a telemarketing director. “I was eager to own my own business and I was impressed with the impeccable reputation of this particular painting company,” he emphasizes. “It has been a smooth and positive transition. The satisfaction that comes with projects like the work we just completed for Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House affirms that this was the right decision for me,” Ferguson says.
