The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook calling for heavy rains starting at dawn Tuesday. Residents should watch out for street flooding and “substantial” rises to streams and creeks, according to the National Weather Service.
High temperatures Tuesday are expected to be in the low 40s. On Wednesday, it should be in the high 30s.
