Jail For Man Who Sexually Assaulted Girl Across Montgomery County: Report

He reportedly believed the Bible "justified" his actions.

A North Conventry man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a young girl for several years in North Coventry and on Elm Street in Norristown, according to a Pottstown Mercury report.

Robert Stephen Fleming, 46, of Laurelwood Road, was arrested in October when the 14-year-old victim reported the abuse to the authorities, reports state.

The girl said the assaults had been happening since she 2009 but she was too frightened by seeing what Fleming allegedly did to other children - including punch them, kick them, and force them to hold poses - to say anything, according to the report.
