Montco DUI Suspect Attempts 'Jedi Mind Trick' After Hitting Cop Car: Report

A DUI suspect attempted to use a ”Jedi Mind Trick” to escape trouble in Norristown, according to a report in the Times Herald.

At about 4:20 p.m. on September 2, an officer was parked on the 600 block of Haws Avenue when the suspect backed his red Ford Escape into the cop’s car, the report states.

The male driver then exited the vehicle and stumbled over toward the cop, the report states.

“There is no problems here,” the man reportedly said.

His speech was slurred and he reeked of alcohol, according to the report.

The man was immediately arrested, the report states. Inside the Ford Escape, a half-drank can of beer sat in the driver’s cupholder.
