Montgomery County Killer Did Not Die From Stab Wounds: Coroner

Bradley Stone, 35, did not die from self-inflicted stab wounds as was previous stated by authorities, the coroner said.

Authorities do not believe the man behind a Monday killing spree in Montgomery County that claimed six lives died from self-inflicted stab wounds as was previously stated.

During a Tuesday press conference, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said Bradley Stone died from self-inflicted stab wounds. However, county Coroner Walter Hofman has publicly stated to numerous media outlets that there is no evidence Stone, 35, died from stab wounds. Hofman said there is also no evidence that Stone shot himself, according to the Morning Call.

The Intelligencer reported that Stone had a cut on his upper leg and detectives found two bloody weapons near his body. Also near his body, authorities found two prescription pill bottles and an energy drink bottle with white powder around the lip, according to NBC10.

Authorities say Stone shot his ex-wife, Nicole Hill Stone, in the early morning hours Monday at her residence in Lower Salford Township.

Stone is also suspected of killing Hill Stone’s mother, Joanne Hill, and grandmother, Patricia Hill, both of Lansdale, as well as her sister, Patricia Flick, her sister’s husband, Aaron, and their 14-year-old daughter, Nina.
