The drugs reportedly rendered the man "incapable" and he fell asleep behind the wheel while sitting in traffic.

A Lansdale man drank, did heroin and cocaine, then drove before passing out behind the wheel while sitting in traffic, according to a story in The Reporter.
Clint John Hockings, 32, of North Broad Street, was “essentially speed-balling,” according to Assistant District Attorney Scott Frame, the report states.
Hockings was sentenced to 90 days in jail, according to the report.
