After speaking with the mother, “police decided time was of the essence,” Kromdyk said in a press release.

They created a ruse which brought Cooper outside of the home, and he was arrested without further incident.

Several assault rifles, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and other weapons were seized when a search warrant was served.

Cooper is being charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and more.

His preliminary hearing will be August 6 before District Justice Harold Borek.
