Montgomery County Sheriff's Office To Debut New Drone
The drone will be able to go on reconnaissance missions, find military ordnances, and suspicious packages.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is set to demonstrate a new drone at an upcoming event, they announced on Tuesday.
The drone will be used to help the Bomb Unit when responding to calls and on reconnaissance missions, the office said.
The drone can also help to find military ordnances and suspicious packages.

The demonstration will occur during a “staged” scenario.
It will occur on Thursday, September 17 at 2:30 p.m. behind the Montgomery COunty Public Safety Training Campus.

The campus is located on 1175 Conshohocken Road in Conshohocken.
