Montgomery County Woman Among 6 Arrested Across Pennsylvania In Medicare Fraud: AG

She allegedly took nearly $10,000.

An Ambler woman was among six people across Pennsylvania who were arrested on unrelated Medicaid fraud charges, Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced on Monday.

Jeann Schafle, 60, allegedly received $9,444 from the Medical Assistance Program to help care for her daughter, the attorney general’s office said.

However, Schafle allegedly did not provide these services to her daughter at all, Kane said.
