More West Nile Sprayings Scheduled For Montgomery County

Find out when, where, and why chemicals are being sprayed across the county.

After discovering additional mosquito samples that tested positive for West Nile Virus, the Montgomery County Health Department will spray designated areas to reduce the mosquito population.

In both Upper Dublin and Upper Moreland Townships, adulticide will be sprayed on Monday, August 17, 2015 from approximately 8:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.

The sprayings are not the first in the area this year. Already, Phoenixville, Horsham, Abington, and Cheltenham have been sprayed after positive tests.
