Nationally Recognized Parenting Expert and Author to Hold Book Signing November 5
Dr. Sue Cornbluth, author of Building Self-Esteem in Children and Teens Who Are Adopted or Fostered, offers advice to parents.

Dr. Sue Cornbluth, nationally recognized expert in parenting, foster care and childhood trauma, will hold a book signing for her newly released book entitled Building Self-Esteem in Children and Teens Who Are Adopted or Fostered. The book signing will be held on Wednesday, November at 7:00 p.m. at Barnes and Noble, 102 Park Ave, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Cornbluth’s new book offers advice to those raising children who are adopted or fostered. Children in these situations can often experience self-esteem issues, which impact their lives and relationships. Dr. Cornbluth helps parents and guardians create trusting and supportive relationships with their children.
Gregory C. Keck, Ph. D., founder and director of the Attachment and Bonding Center of Ohio, co-author of Adopting the Hurt Child, Parenting the Hurt Child, and author of Parenting Adopted Adolescents, said, “Dr. Sue Cornbluth’s keen insights will empower parents as they attempt to love, nurture and correct their children’s hurt lives.”

Dr. Cornbluth offers everyday strategies to help children move beyond their trauma and develop their self-esteem. “Anyone parenting or considering parenting a foster child or adopting a traumatized child should read this work,” said Keck.
In addition to her expertise in parenting and childhood trauma, Dr. Cornbluth is the mental health contributor for NBC10 Philadelphia, a professor at Temple University and an expert in child abuse and parental rights.

All proceeds from the sale of the book will be donated to foster and adoptive agencies around the country to provide college scholarship support for foster and adopted youth.
