
A Washingtonville man was driving drunk on his lawn mower and police had to use a rope to corral him into custody, according to multiple media reports.
Police said they received a call about an “agitated, mower-driving man” who was “making threats,” according to the Daily Item.
Tyler Anspach, 25, was found by police driving with a box of beer on his mower, the report states.

Anspach also threatened a trooper before he was corraled, and his blood-alcohol content was determined to be .21 percent, more than double the legal limit for drivers, according to the report.
He will be charged with DUI and disorderly conduct, the report states.
