The "decorative" sword reportedly had a 15-inch blade.

A Philadelphia man who used a sword to “terrorize” an Upper Dublin woman will spend 11.5 to 23 months in jail, according to a Montgomery News report.
Joseph J. Ryan, 39, took the decorative sword from the victim’s wall during an argument in November 2013 and said he was going to kill her, the report states.
He then choked her on the couch to the point where she couldn’t breathe, the report states. She kicked him in the gut, took the sword, and fled the residence near the 2100 block of Lincoln Drive.
