Procrastination

I am a master procrastinator. I'd rather not be.

This article on salon.com speaks to me because it explains what I know and have attempted many times to fix. That, I know what I am doing when I'm doing it and yet keep doing it.

There is always one more thing I need to do, or think I can get done, before leaving the house. Of course, it can be put aside for the moment. Then, there it is: I procrastinate to decide whether I can or can't procrastinate just one more minute before heading out to the next activity. It's maddening.

Any other procrastinators understand.

The book, Predictably Irrational : The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions,
by Ariely, Dan has been praised. I haven't read it yet, but it's on my book shelf waiting for me.
