Rice Krispies Treats Laced With Drugs Seized At Pa. Music Festival: AG
85 different baked goods were seized containing a "potent form of cannabis," according to the attorney general's office.

A man was arrested at a Pennsylvania music festival for selling brownies and Rice Crispies Treats that were laced with drugs, according to a statement issued by Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s office.
Bryan David Ray Stone, 35, was arrested at Bear’s Picnic, an annual music festival in Liberty Township in Tioga County, per Kane.
Agents of the attorney general’s office worked undercover at the festival to buy fudge and chocolate that contained marijuana, Kane said.

The substance within the 85 baked goods seized was described the attorney general’s office as a “potent form of cannabis.”
The investigation was launched into this year’s festival after reports were received about drug use at the festival the year before.

In addition, 254 glass smoking devices, valued at roughly $20,000, as well as $2,282 in cash, was seized at the festival, according to the attorney general.
Stone’s bail was set at $10,000, Kane said.
